Integrations

Five deep integrations, all included

Guest POS talks to the systems you already use. Every connection has a fixed agreement that does not change without warning, with its own keys per venue. It is all in the monthly price.

Reservations, guests, gift cards

TableFlow

TableFlow stays in charge of guests, reservations, deposits and gift cards. Guest POS reads the day, links the table and applies value to the check.

table-flow.app
  • Today's arrival list in the POS, with preferences, allergens, dietary wishes and deposit next to the check
  • Select the reservation on the table, or let TableFlow open a table on arrival
  • Menu choices from the menu picker are ready when you open the table
  • Gift cards and deposits as a payment source on the check, TableFlow guards the balance
  • Sell gift cards at the till and issue them immediately
  • Import rooms and tables in one go, including zones
  • Check and arrival flow back into the guest profile and guest history

Recipes, cost price, menus

KitchenOps

Build the menu in KitchenOps with recipe, allergens and cost price. It lands in the POS in one go, and daily sales go back to KitchenOps for your margin.

kitchen-ops.app
  • Link recipes and menus from KitchenOps to articles, including archive and versions
  • Recipe photos automatically as product photos in the POS and on the guest menu
  • Sales and returns per day to KitchenOps for menu engineering and purchasing margin
  • Allergens by the fourteen legal groups, from recipe to receipt
  • Read-only at the source: Guest POS never writes into your recipe book

Insight and advice

HorecaGPT

Every step of a visit is recorded as a fact: from arrival to first order, from firing to pickup, from check to payment. HorecaGPT reads those facts and turns them into advice.

horecagpt.com
  • Time from arrival to first order, per daypart, team member and venue
  • Kitchen times per station and per dish, with p50 and p90 instead of averages only
  • Revenue per team member, per guest, per table hour; who sells the premium mix?
  • The link between kitchen pressure, wait time and reviews
  • HorecaGPT sits outside the transaction path: advice never slows down a check

Guest feedback

TheNextReview

Feedback right after the visit, private, linked to the reservation. Together with the check you know not only that a guest was unhappy, but also what they ate and how long they waited.

thenextreview.nl
  • Review data via the HorecaGPT brain next to revenue and wait times
  • Low score? The venue sees it first, not Google
Mollie

Payments

Mollie

Guests pay the table through the QR menu with iDEAL, card or wallet. The amount is always the outstanding balance on the server.

www.mollie.com
  • One encrypted key per venue, checked straight away when you connect
  • The payment is booked on the open table, staff close it at zero balance
  • Guest POS checks every payment, so nothing is ever charged twice or missed

And more

Switch from your current POS

Guest POS reads the configuration of your current system: articles, groups, price lists, VAT and courses. You review the proposal, publish deliberately, and nothing changes at the source. Tested live on a menu of almost 1,900 records.

Printers and kitchen screens

Receipt printers, kitchen printers and screens through a small program in your venue. If a printer fails, the ticket waits and moves to another one.

E-mail

Receipts, invoices and credit notes through your own email address, with a queue and retries.

Fixed agreements

Every connection has a fixed agreement with a version number. We never read straight from another system's data. No surprises after an update.
